Wine, Dine & Be Mine Valentine’s Dinner at CRU

CRU Chefs have crafted a menu to help you reminisce about the special moments in your love story. Take a walk down memory lane as you are “teased” with a luscious Lobster Bisque topped with crabmeat and sherried crème fraîche. The menu continues to delight your heart and your mouths as it skips along to the First Kiss and your choice of a Golden Beet Carpaccio, Maine Lobster & Asparagus Risotto, Heirloom Tomato Salad or Crawfish Ravioli. The Courtship ensues with Prime Filet Mignon, Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb, Pan Seared Diver Scallops or Pan Roasted Chilean Sea Bass. All good things must come to an end and CRU gives you the choice of Marque Chocolate, Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée or Molten Chocolate Cake for your Sweet Ending. This Wine, Dine & Be Mine experience is $60 per guest and featured both Friday, February 14th and Saturday, February 15th. Be sure to make your reservations early because seatings will fill up fast.
