Fitness on the Square: Presented by SweatNET
This summer, our friends at SweatNET will be taking over Larimer Square. They'll be bringing some of the city's top fitness studios to Denver's most historic block. Mark your calendar for the THIRD Saturday of each month from May – October. The series will kick off in May with Traverse Fitness leading 30 mins of HIIT, followed by 30 mins of yoga with Anthony Chavez.
After the workout, stick around for drinks from Hazlo, B12 shots from Give Wellness, samples from My Fit Food, and individual treatment from Elemental MVMT. Then be sure to celebrate a strong start to your Saturday with brunch from one of our incredible restaurants on the block!
