Osteria Marco, which boasts an all-Italian wine list, will start doing wine flights to help introduce people to some of the lesser-known wines and varietals of Italy. 

Three different flights are available, and feature three 3oz pours: 

"Great White wines that aren't Pinot Grigio or Sauv Blanc" 

"the Killer B's of Italy" 

"A Tour Of Bolgheri, The Birthplace of Super Tuscans"
