Embark on an intimate, tasting journey where each course is a chapter in a lunar-inspired narrative. Guided by Chef Richard Sandoval and a Moon Keeper, guests will experience 8 moon phase–inspired tasting-size cocktails and a 3-course tasting menu, each embodying a distinct lunar phase—from the New Moon’s Seeds of Intention to the Waning Crescent’s Release & Renewal. The evening opens with a ceremonial blessing by a shamanic guide and concludes in a communal ritual circle, weaving together storytelling, intention, and culinary craft under the moon’s timeless rhythm.
