PARKING

Convenient, Accessible and Affordable. Located around the corner at 1422 Market Street, the Larimer Square parking garage has spaces for 310 cars, and is connected to Larimer Square by a pedestrian walkway. Prices are as follows but can fluctuate depending on availability and downtown events.

Daily Parking

    In and out before 5 p.m.
  • Monday - Friday: $2 for every 20 minutes, $15 maximum
  • Saturday & Sunday: $4 flat rate
    In and out after 5 p.m.: pre-pay starting at 5 p.m.
  • Monday - Tuesday: $6 flat
  • Wednesday - Thursday: $8 flat
  • Friday - Saturday: $10 flat
  • Sunday: $4 flat

Special event pricing can range upwards of $20 per day.

The parking garage accepts cash, Visa and MasterCard for payment.
