TAG Named Best New Restaurant

TAG on Larimer Square was recently named one of Denver’s Best New Restaurants by 5280 magazine. The December issue’s cover story by Amanda Faison lists her top 10 new restaurants. Faison writes about chef Troy Guard’s hot spot -  ”This isn’t simple food; rather, it’s multidimensional cuisine, with each layer building a profile necessary to the dish’s success. That can make for tricky kitchen work, but the flavorful twists and turns work splendidly, if sometimes unexpectedly.”
